Arrival / Departure
Your apartment is ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m.
Cancellation Conditions
In the event of a cancellation, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- Free cancellation is possible up to 31 days before arrival
- From 30 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will be charged
- From 7 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price will be charged
- From 24 hours before arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged as a cancellation fee
We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Deposit
For a firm reservation, a deposit is required on your part; the amount and the bank details will be given to you when you confirm your reservation
